Pasta & Semolina

     

Over 24 different shapes and sizes of pasta are being produced under Italian technology with 100% Anatolian Durum Wheat. The production capacity is over 100 Mtons of pasta on a daily basis.
Besides others, we currently export pasta and semolina products to countries such as Japan, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Australia known for their strictest regulations on foodstuff in the world.
We have an integrated unit for pasta production that is composed of semolina milling unit and a pasta plant. This enables us to manufacture the highest quality at competitive prices whilst most pasta manufacturers get supplied by other semolina; thus, we could generate bilateral profit margins, which affect the price of the end products. Moreover, our production department never mixes soft wheat with high quality Anatolian durum wheat in its production even though it has become a common practice in the pasta Industry which in turn causes a whiter color, softer texture and stickiness when the pasta is cooked.
You can tests our quality by cooking pasta for 12 minutes (as compare to 7 to 8 minutes, normally) then put it in refrigerator for one day. Next day, cook it again and when served you will realize that our pasta is still "al dente". Do the same with other products and see the difference!
